Most of the cars that come to us have already been somewhere else. Usually with a part replaced that didn't fix anything. That happens because a generic code reader names a symptom, not a cause — a misfire code tells you which cylinder, not whether it's a coil, an injector, compression, or carbon on the valves.
We run the same software the dealership runs: ISTA for BMW, XENTRY for Mercedes-Benz, ODIS for Audi and Volkswagen, PIWIS for Porsche. That reaches every control module in the car, shows live data while it runs, and performs guided tests a universal scanner can't. You get told what's actually wrong, what it costs, and what can wait — before we start.
The same components the factory fitted, or the same supplier's part without the badge mark-up. We'll tell you which we're using and why.
You see the diagnosis and the number before any work begins. If something else turns up mid-job, we stop and call.
